The Jeppesen approach charts (dated 15 JUN 2018) and departure charts (dated 16 NOV 2018) listed depict outdated information for approach and departure procedures at Bagram (OAIX). New procedure source was received after the date specified by ICAO for the distribution of aeronautical information. As a result, the procedures could not be updated in time to meet the effective date (AIRAC Cycle 1907).

Take-off Rwy 03R: Climb hdg 027°, crossD4.3 BGM at or above 5600, then turn left hdg 177° to intcpt BGM R-207 outboundto ADMAP. Continue outbound direct KARRY, then turn left, intcpt OKB TAC R-271 to OKB. After OKB, turn left to intercept BGM R-185 to BGM VOR then as directed by ATC. Maintain assigned altitude.

MIRAB 8 Departure (10-3D)

Ident changed to REPUB 1.

MIRAB waypoint changed to REPUB.

ILS or LOC DME Rwy 03R (11-1)

SULOE 10.5 DME fix changed to SAPOV.

LOC(GS out) category B visibility changed to 750m.

Category A & B Circling MDA(H) changed to 5560’ (692’).

RNAV (GPS) Rwy 03R (12-1)

Missed approach altitude to RIGEN changed to 10300.

VOR DME Z Rwy 03R (13-1)

Category B straight-in visibility changed to 750m.
