Airports Mongolia  --  Take-off Minima

Jeppesen charts for airports in Mongolia show incorrect take-off minima. According to AIP Mongolia ENR 1.3-2 take-off is restricted to a ceiling of at least 100m and a visibility of 1500m or above, unless different weather minima for IFR take-off are prescribed for the aerodrome. In exceptional cases the pilot-in-command may take-off at a zero cloud ceiling and a visibility of 800m if this is approved for the runway to be used.
