Your use of the Jeppesen Journey Planner product during the trial period is governed by the following terms and conditions:

1. Your use will be limited to a 12-week trial period.
2. You will be granted a limited right of use license to the service for the trial period for the purpose of testing the integration of our journey planning service within your application. The provision of this service is for your evaluation purposes. You may not during the trial period use the service for any chargeable business or for the retailing of rail tickets.
3. Your trial period will commence when Jeppesen sends you e-mail confirmation of your access details to the service.
4. The trial period will end by default after 12 weeks. If you wish to extend your trial period please consult with the Jeppesen Journey Planner Sales Team.
5. The service during the trial period is provided free of charge on an as-is basis without any warranty. In particular, Jeppesen does not warrant the accuracy or correctness of any data provided as part of this service.
6. If you wish to upgrade to our full standard service on a pay-per-click fee structure then contact us by e-mail.
7. Jeppesen reserves the right to terminate or change the service at any time during the trial period.
8. All intellectual property rights in the service are owned by Jeppesen.
9. All street map data used in this service is provided by Open Street Map and is licensed for use under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike 2.0 License (CC-BY-SA). By accessing this service you agree to also be bound by the Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike 2.0 License as it pertains to the street map data.
10. The transit data in this service is provided by many individual transit service providers. By using this service you agree to conform to the specific terms and conditions required by these third party data providers.
