Audience
This course addresses Expert Users, Project Managers and possibly Planners and Planning Managers who are new to the Jeppesen Crew & Fleet Management products. During a Project Kick off, Developers are most welcome to join the course, in which case it will serve as an orientation of the technical courses which the Developers will attend prior to production start.

Course goals
The course gives you an Introduction to what Rave, PRT & Studio really is and how it’s used in the Crew & Fleet Management products. The course put’s the support team roles in perspective to their assigned tasks and then focuses on giving you the framework of how Rave & PRT are applied and whit examples what & how different functionally could or could not be implemented.

• Know the support team roles and the tasks assigned to each role
• Have an understanding of Rave as a programming language & how it is applied
• Have an understanding of Python & PRT as a programming language & how it is applied
• Have an understanding about what can be done in Studio & the Parameter & Rule from
• Know who to talk to, to explore and be able to specify potential new functionality
