This course gives you an introduction to the Jeppesen Manpower Planning concepts with a more detailed focus on Leave Management. After completing the course you will have a thorough understanding of how to:

• create, maintain and analyze a resource plan
• plan courses and analyze the impact on the resource plan
• assign and maintain leave assignments
