Course Description

Audience
This course addresses experienced crew trackers with little or no knowledge of the Jeppesen Disruption Management (JDM). Familiarity with manual recovery of the flight schedule on the day of operation is an advantage.

Course goals
This course gives you a thorough introduction to JDM. After completing the course you will be able to:

• use JDM to monitor flight operation of an airline
• resolve the automatically generated operational alerts by doing direct changes to the flight operation
• create disruption scenarios and work out manual recovery options to these disruptions scenarios.
