Crew Academy Course Registration / Cancellation

Information needed

Please send an e-mail for registration or cancellation with the following information to training.crew@jeppesen.com. Be sure to include:

• Invoice contact name
• Invoice address
• Course name (with dates)
• Name (first and last)
• Title
• Company
• Telephone number
• Mobile phone number
• E-mail

If your company requires that a purchasing number be given when Jeppesen invoices you, then this reference must be supplied at the time of enrollment.

We appreciate your registration no later than 15 days before the course is scheduled to begin.

Course Locations

Jeppesen Systems AB, Odinsgatan 9, Göteborg, Sweden (Google Maps)

Jeppesen Canada Ltd., 999 Maisonneuve W. Boulevard, 9th Floor, Montreal, Canada (Google Maps)

Course hours are 09:00 - 17:00.

Cancellation
Please notify us of your cancellation at least 10 working days before the course is scheduled to begin, or you will be charged the full course fee.

We reserve the right to cancel a course, due to a limited number of attendants or other circumstances out of our control.

Invoicing Information
Crew Academy will generate an invoice for a course booking 30 days before the start of the course, or upon enrollment if enrollment occurs within 30 days before the start of the course.

Payment terms are 30 days from the date the invoice is sent.
